Sponsorship policy

Royal VBF wants to make a valuable contribution to society. We are therefore happy to contribute to initiatives that fit in with our organization and identity. Because it is not feasible to sponsor everything, we have drawn up a sponsorship policy. The following selection criteria have been established to exclude certain sponsorship requests:

• The sponsorship must be in line with our values: quality, sustainability, responsibility;
• The event, association, or activity should preferably take place in the Wijk en Aalburg or Zelhem area;
• The event, association, or activity must be non-profit;
• The event, association, or activity must have social significance in the field of welfare, sports, or education;
• Royal VBF does not sponsor individuals, projects of a political nature, study trips, or student associations;
• Royal VBF does not sponsor organizations or events that are in any way related to alcohol and drugs;
• The performance to be delivered by both parties must be clearly stated.

If, after reading the above criteria, you believe you are eligible for sponsorship, please submit an application by email to marketing@royalvbf.nl, stating “Sponsorship request.” Submitting a sponsorship request does not guarantee that sponsorship will be granted. Please include the following information in your application:

• Name, telephone number, and email address of the contact person;
• Name of the association/organization;
• Brief description of the event, association, or activity, its purpose, location, and date;
• What form of support is expected (financial or delivery of products).
